Job summary

Sea Pines Rehabilitation Hospital in Florida is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality OT services, helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life. You will join a collaborative care team dedicated to compassionate, personalized therapy.

You will provide direct care, supervise treatments, assess patients, create tailored care plans, and build meaningful patient relationships that support recovery and progress, while pursuing ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
