Meritus Health is seeking dedicated Clinical Observers to join our Nursing Services team. In this vital role, you’ll provide one-to-one observation and support for patients, helping ensure a safe and therapeutic environment while assisting with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety during transport, documenting patient interactions, and reporting behavioral changes to nursing staff. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to sit in quiet observation of patients for long periods without distraction.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification required.
• Experience in customer service or team-based environments is a plus.

What You’ll Do

Physical & Mental Requirements

This role involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.), as well as continuous mental focus and communication. You’ll also work in conditions that may involve exposure to blood and body fluids.
