Qualifications
- RDN with 2+ years of experience and TX Dietitian Licensure.
- Licensed Dietitian (or willingness to obtain) in applicable states.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing clinical nutrition team.
- Design and implement nutrition strategies to improve patient care.
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and create care plans.
- Educate patients, families, staff on nutrition and wellness.
- Apply evidence-based practice aligned with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
- Ensure regulatory standards and patient satisfaction in nutrition services.
- Support staff development and ongoing education.
