Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to serve as the Clinical Nutrition Manager at The Health Center at Standifer Place in Chattanooga, TN. You’ll oversee daily nutrition services, mentor dietitians, and drive program excellence in a skilled nursing and assisted living community.

This role emphasizes regulatory compliance, clinical operations management, team development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with ACEND coursework.
• OR, for those eligible before 1/1/2024: Bachelor’s degree meeting ACEND requirements.
• RD/RDN eligibility and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable.
• 1–2 years of management experience and 1–3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nutrition services and drive program excellence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage clinical operations.
• Support team development, performance evaluations, and staff coaching.
