Unidine at Dunwoody Village in Newtown Square, PA seeks a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead a team of dietitians in a long-term care setting, promoting evidence-based nutrition care and program development.

This role requires an RDN with clinical leadership, licensure where applicable, and a passion for education, quality improvement, and patient outcomes; ongoing education and career growth are supported.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid CDR number.
• 2+ years of clinical nutrition leadership experience.
• Licensed Dietitian in applicable states.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Purpose: guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of clinical nutrition professionals.
• Drive Excellence: design and implement clinical nutrition strategies that enhance patient care and align with operational goals.
• Provide Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate: guide on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellness for patients, families, staff, and community.
• Apply Evidence-Based Practice: integrate research and standards into daily nutrition care.
• Collaborate for Quality: partner with interdisciplinary teams and participate in QAPI initiatives.
• Ensure Compliance & Satisfaction: work with food service leadership on nutrition formulary, regulatory standards, and patient experience.
• Foster Growth: support department staff and intern development through coaching and education.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with 2+ years of experience
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in states where applicable
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
