Qualifications

What You Bring

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Oregon
• Master's degree in Nursing
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience

Preferred

• Previous teaching, precepting, mentoring, or clinical education experience

No formal teaching experience? That's okay. We value nurses who know their practice, care about developing others, and can create a positive learning experience for students. Previous teaching experience is helpful, but we’re also interested in nurses who have served as preceptors, mentors, charge nurses, clinical leaders, or the person others naturally turn to when they need guidance.
