Job summary

Galen College of Nursing seeks an Adjunct Nursing Faculty - Clinical to educate and mentor nursing students in clinical settings. You will facilitate learning, apply varied teaching strategies, and promote professional values consistent with our Compassionate Care Model.

The role emphasizes curriculum alignment, ongoing program assessment, and collaboration with state boards to ensure regulatory compliance. Evening and weekend availability may be required at clinical sites.

Qualifications

• RN license active, current, unencumbered
• MSN degree required; BSN may be considered depending on campus needs
• Minimum two years of clinical RN experience

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that facilitates student learning and program outcomes.
• Apply diverse teaching strategies matching learner needs and context.
• Support student development of professional nursing values and behaviors.
• Utilize classroom, lab, and clinical assessments to evaluate learning across domains.
