The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Texas registration, a Master’s degree preferred, and at least five years of nursing experience with two in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a 300+ bed facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and current Texas RN registration (Magnet preferred).
• Master of Science in Nursing with an Administration component preferred.
• Five years of nursing experience with at least two years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in a 300+ bed hospital preferred.

Responsibilities
