Job summary

Galen College of Nursing in Ogden, UT, affiliated with HCA Healthcare, seeks Adjunct Nursing Faculty to teach clinical courses at Ogden Regional Hospital. This is not a remote position.

Adjunct Nursing faculty will facilitate learning, assess learner progress, and participate in curriculum development to align with PSLOs and accreditation requirements. Strong clinical experience and a current RN license are essential to uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in applicable state as per State Board of Nursing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, MSN preferred
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development using assessment strategies
• Contribute to curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation
• Evaluate student learning and program outcomes across classroom, lab, and clinical settings
• Ensure program assessments promote continuous quality improvement
• Maintain current professional practice knowledge relevant to nursing education
• Uphold the College’s mission and values in teaching and service
