As an RN on our Transitional Care Unit, you will provide exceptional care to our boarding patients with a wide variety of medical diagnoses while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals as part of a highly engaged multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
The Transitional Care Unit is an excellent stepping stone for nurses interested in advancing into specialty areas, particularly the Emergency Department.
