Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an RN for a full-time night-shift position on a 31-bed Cardiac/Telemetry/Stroke/Neuro unit. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with a focus on patient and family-centered education.

You will collaborate with an interprofessional team to develop individualized care plans while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and a Nursing Diploma or ADN are required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Two years of experience are preferred for this night-shift role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 31-bed Cardiac/Telemetry/Stroke/Neuro unit.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs.
