Job summary

Mount Ascutney Hospital is seeking a nursing supervisor (RN) to provide clinical leadership on the Med Surg unit under the Nurse Manager. The role involves guiding staff through the nursing process to plan, implement, evaluate, and adjust patient care plans.

Required are Vermont RN licensure and BLS/ACLS certifications, with supervisory experience preferred to ensure high-quality direct patient care. This position is based on-site on the Vermont campus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
