Tower Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) at the master's or doctoral level with clinical expertise in evidence-based nursing within a specialty area. The CNS treats and manages the health concerns of patients and populations, integrating knowledge of disease and medical treatments into assessment, diagnosis and treatment of illness.

The CNS provides leadership for the advancement of the practice of nursing and collaborates with the inter-professional care team to achieve quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing with CNS preparation.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• CNS certification or Pennsylvania CNS license requirements

• The CNS treats and manages the health concerns of patients and populations and integrates knowledge of disease and medical treatments into assessment, diagnosis and treatment of illness.
• The CNS provides leadership for the advancement of the practice of nursing and collaborative practice with the inter-professional care team to achieve quality and cost-effective patient outcomes.
• Through practice in three spheres of influence: patient-client, nurses and nursing practice, and organization / system.
