Job summary

The RN will participate in interdisciplinary rounds, ensure accurate data collection, and maintain accountability for patient status while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (Healthcare Provider) certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Dysrhythmia certification.
• NIHSS certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to assigned patients using the nursing process.
• Collaborate on formulating the overall care plan for the patient.
• Identify biophysical, cognitive, developmental, emotional, socio-cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Demonstrate accountability for ongoing status of assigned patients.
• Collect and document data appropriate to the condition.
