Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse in Georgia to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. You will practice under Nurse Managers, following the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Code of Ethics.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and education for patients and families; accurate documentation and care coordination; and participation in performance improvement and competency development.

Qualifications

• RN license required with current licensure in Georgia.
• Certifications: BLS required at hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in technology, critical thinking, and time management.
• Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced or emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to patient populations.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication, shared decision-making, and education.
• Ensure safe, compliant documentation and coordinate care across the continuum.
• Promote teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
• Support professional development by serving as a preceptor or mentor and completing competency assessments.
• Advance evidence-based practice, research, and quality improvement activities.
• Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and adherence to policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
