Role Overview:

Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans, ensuring clear communication across the continuum of care. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Maintains a safety-sensitive position, requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.
