Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Nursing experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Certification in a related specialty is required or preferred.
• Membership in a related organization is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provides diagnosis and treatment for common acute illnesses and preventive care.
• Performs interim physical exams within nurse protocol.
• Maintains accurate records and documents care and follow-up for administrative and reimbursement purposes.
• Assesses patient history, performs physical examinations, orders diagnostics, and establishes treatment plans.
• Counsels on health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education.
• Ensures safety, confidentiality, and quality of care; participates in continuing education and professional development.
