Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking Registered Nurses to join a dynamic team in a short-stay inpatient unit. The unit cares for Orthopedic, Spine, Urological, and Plastic Surgery patients, delivering comprehensive nursing care from assessment to evaluation.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. A nursing license and appropriate education are required.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred with two years of experience.
• Valid RN license required.
• No prior experience necessary; supervisory experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a short-stay inpatient unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication use.
• Contribute to patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document individualized care plans with input from patients and families.
