Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Pediatric GI Motility RN to support a motility program at a leading children’s hospital in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. You will provide direct patient care, conduct assessments, and educate patients and families.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of nursing experience in inpatient settings, with pediatric or GI exposure preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and safety-focused practice are required to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; inpatient, GI, or pediatrics preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
• Safety awareness and adherence to standards are essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing patient-centered care, including assessment, education, and planning.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.

The Pediatric GI Motility RN supports the motility program at a leading children’s hospital, focusing on diagnosing and managing digestive muscle movement disorders. Key responsibilities include

• Providing patient-centered care, including assessment, education, and planning
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families
• Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in inpatient, GI, or pediatrics
• Preferred experience includes 5+ years of nursing, leadership, and pediatric experience
