Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing program.

• Association/ADN RN pursuing BSN must be approved by the CNO.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care using Relationship Centered Care and nursing process.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care needs with critical thinking.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate the plan of care.
• Educates patients and caregivers about plan of care and transition of care.
• Communicates effectively with patients, family, and care team.
• Performs charge nurse duties and ensures appropriate resource use.
• Documents accurately per hospital policies and regulatory standards.
