Job summary

WakeMed is seeking a Clinical Nurse in Raleigh, NC. The RN will deliver total comprehensive nursing care based on individualized care plans, addressing physical, psychological, and socioeconomic needs, and following physician orders for treatment and education.

The role supports PFCC and conforms to ANA Scope and Standards, Nursing Practice Act, and WakeMed's PFCC model. Eligible for relocation incentives; strong benefits and professional development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse required.
• Diploma Nursing required or Associate's Degree Nursing required with Bachelor’s Degree Nursing preferred.
• 2 years nursing experience required or no experience required with preferred education.

Responsibilities

• Provide total comprehensive nursing to patients and families based on assessed needs.
• Implement and adapt plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and clinical team.
• Uphold PFCC model and ANA/Nursing standards in daily practice.
