Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis seeks OR nurses for Pod 1–5 with a 0.9 FTE weekend option and premium pay (50% above base). Shifts are 0830–2100 on Sundays and Saturdays, with one weekday shift as staffing needs dictate.

Applicants should have six months of recent OR experience in related fields and an RN license. Minimum education includes Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Barnes Jewish Hospital Operating Room Pod 2 Trauma Weekend Option--Premium Pay (50% above base pay)

POD 1-Gynecology, urology, colorectal, MIS, bariatrics and robotic surgeries

POD 2- Acute Critical Care Surgery/Trauma, Ortho Trauma (OTS), Plastics, Upper Extremity, Reconstructive Joint Surgery, Ortho Oncology

POD 3- Vascular, cardiac and thoracic surgeries

POD 5- ENT, ortho, neuro, spine, crans

Full Time 0.9 /36hrs FTE Weekend Option Days

0830 - 2100 Sunday & Saturday with 1 Weekday shift that will be dependent on staffing needs of department

Six month of recent OR experience in related field (general surgery/ACCS, ortho trauma, plastics, etc.) preferred

Position supports Pods 1, 2, 3 and 5. One year commitment to this scheduling option is expected. No call requirement Holiday
