Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a home-based setting, performing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.

You will work with the interprofessional team to promote safety, quality, and education for patients and families, documenting care accurately and upholding nursing standards.

Qualifications
