Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a dedicated RN to provide direct patient care in a general medicine unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities within established standards, promoting patient and family-centered care.

You will educate patients on illness management, participate in safety and regulatory activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree.
• Valid RN license.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2 years of experience.
