Competenze

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care within a medical-surgical and oncology unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing activities. The nurse will promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Developing and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and addressing physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs are essential responsibilities. The role requires critical nursing skills and adherence to standards of care, with a focus on communication across care continuum.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Licensure: Valid RN license
• Experience: No prior experience required; preferred: 2+ years in a similar setting
• Preferred: Med Surg experience and BSN degree
