Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Missouri is seeking a registered nurse to perform direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with professional nursing standards.

You will collaborate with the healthcare team, patients and families to develop personalized care plans, educate on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment care, and promote safe care transitions across settings while maintaining patient safety.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• Two years of experience are preferred but not required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills are essential.

Responsibilities
