UC Health in Cincinnati seeks a Clinical Manager to design, implement and evaluate patient care across the health care team. You will coordinate, delegate and supervise licensed nurses, CNAs, health unit coordinators and other professionals to ensure high-quality care and safety.

In this role, you will partner with medical staff leaders to align care standards, participate in performance improvement, and mentor staff toward professional growth while maintaining compliant budget and staffing

Formación

• BSN with current licensure required.
• 2 years of management experience required.
• Professional certification desired.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, implements, and evaluates patient care by coordinating, delegating and supervising the care of the health care team.
• Collaborates with physicians and medical staff leaders to determine patient care services, equipment, standards, policies and procedures.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and uses evidence-based data to establish standards and patient care models.
• Ensures safety by aligning with national safety goals and disaster plans; promotes a non-punitive reporting environment.
• Manages unit budgets and staffing to balance patient care quality and costs.
• Coaches staff in development and career planning; supports staff retention and professional development.
