Job summary

Summit Health Management in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the Pre-Operative, Operating Room, Recovery Room and GI Endoscopy areas in our ASC. The RN will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality care, and coordinate clinical, financial, and administrative activities.

Bachelor’s degree required; NJ State RN license, ACLS/PALS/BLS; 2–4 years OR leadership; strong communication and organizational skills; travel up to 10% to Summit locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• New Jersey State Registered Nurse License required.
• ACLS / PALS / BLS required.
• AORN Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of daily clinical operations of perioperative departments (OR, Pre-Op, Recovery, GI Endoscopy).
• Oversee nursing staff performance, payroll, and PTO processes.
• Collaborate with Administrative Director to review costs and drive quality improvement.

He/she shall be responsible for the direction, provision, and quality of Nursing Services provided to the patient in these areas.
