Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute in Lecanto, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in hematology/oncology to join our clinical team. You will deliver high-quality patient care, coordinate with physicians and support staff, and participate in treatment protocols in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Requirements include Florida RN licensure, at least two years in hematology/oncology, English fluency, CPR/BLS, and a valid driver’s license for travel to clinics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall nursing care and functions.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Florida.
• At least two years experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is required.
• Position also requires fluency in the English language as well as excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid drivers license for travel to clinics.
• This position requires driving as a function of the role.
• Compliance with the FCS Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.
• BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within first 30 days).
