Job summary

The Center for Cancer & Blood Disorders in Bethesda, MD is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support our oncology nursing team.

You will direct staffing and workflow, coach staff, and coordinate emergency response while ensuring safe, compliant, high-quality patient care. This role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• MD RN license required (Maryland)
• Oncology Nurse certification (OCN) preferred
• Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality patient care.
• Direct staffing and workflow for nurses and clinical support teams; coach, educate, and develop staff; coordinate emergency response as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, procedures, and job standards while supporting ongoing operational priorities and projects.

Experience • Three (3) years of nursing leadership experience preferred. • Five (5) years of experience in the healthcare field in a clinic or hospital setting. Oncology experience preferred.
