Exton Post Acute is seeking a Clinical Nurse Lead to guide nursing teams and ensure delivery of safe, compassionate care in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility in Exton, PA. You will lead clinical practice and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Must hold an active PA RN/LPN license, with a preferred nursing degree and at least 5 years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in leadership within long-term care or subacute settings. Competitive hourly rate offered.
