The Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities within established standards. You will educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs.

You will develop care plans with the healthcare team, ensure safe care transitions, promote a healing environment, and participate in safety, quality, and regulatory initiatives while supporting professional

Qualifications

• Education requirement and RN licensure are specified.
• Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licensure: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
• Preferred: Pediatric nursing experience.
• Skills: Strong assessment, communication, and collaborative skills; safety-consciousness.
