Work Shift: Night (United States of America)

Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

The clinical Nurse contributes to a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Recognizes that each employee’s work is valuable and contributes to the success of the Mission.

Hourly Range: $36.73 - $60.93

1. Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and special tests, and documents treatment as required by policies and regulations.
2. Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
3. Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care.
4. Uses sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
5. Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
6. Administers medications as ordered.
7. Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
8. Directs and guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional nursing standards.
