Job summary

El Camino Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes patient-centered assessment, planning and evaluation to meet ANA standards and hospital policies.

The position requires 3+ years in cardiac cath lab or related areas, CA RN licensure, and ACLS/BLS credentials with an evening 10-hour shift and bi-weekly hours totaling 80. Salary range is $93.87–$122.62 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
• Experience: Imaging Services (MV).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, imaging, critical care or peri-operative settings.
• Experience with moderate sedation.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in California (Board of Registered Nursing).
• Current Basic Life Support (AHA).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA).
• Strong communication and math skills; able to communicate in English.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate appropriately.
• Ages served: all patients 1 year and older.

This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self (or others who are under her/his direction) and for the delivery of care consistent with the ANA Code of Ethics and the ANA Bill of Rights for Nursing. The Clinical Nurse provides care in a collaborative manner with other disciplines to ensure optimal, individualized patient care and outcomes. All aspects of the Clinical Nurse's performance supports service excellence and a healing environment.
