Qualifications

• One year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families; identify and meet learning needs of self and patient population.
• Evaluate care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team to promote continuity of care.
• Implement nursing care with focus on complex patient needs, safety, and adherence to policies.
• Lead and collaborate with team to promote professional growth and unit goals.
• Assess discharge needs and plan with patient and family.
• Plan care with multidisciplinary resources and prioritize tasks for complex cases.
