NewYork-Presbyterian is hiring a Clinical Nurse I - RN for Medicine-6GS on the Night Flex shift at NYP/Columbia University Medical Center in New York, NY. You will provide expert nursing care in a premier critical care environment, delivering evidence-based practice and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care on the 6GS during the night shift.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patients, respond to changes in condition, and administer treatments as ordered.
• Document care and maintain accurate records in the electronic medical record.

This is a full-time night shift position located at NYP/Columbia University Medical Center.

Preferred Criteria:

• At least one year of acute care RN experience
• At least one year of acute care RN experience in an ICU or two years of Stepdown

Required Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
• BCLS certification
