• Up to $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Memorial Hospital Belleville offers comprehensive medical, surgical, and emergency services, including specialized pediatric emergency care. Memorial Hospital Shiloh provides emergency, labor & delivery, nursery, and critical care services, recognized with Magnet status in 2018.

Role Purpose: Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and medication administration.
• Participate in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance; engage in professional development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement in care.
• This position is safety-sensitive; alertness and safe work practices are essential.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Experience: None required
• Licenses: RN license
