Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice in Illinois seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, conduct assessments, plan and evaluate care, and educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment care.

You will collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance, and participate in ongoing professional development; prior ICU/ED experience is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.

Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
