Job summary

Memorial Home Services seeks a Registered Nurse to oversee and deliver patient care for a designated group, utilizing the nursing process and age-appropriate means. You will delegate tasks, supervise colleagues, and promote evidence-based clinical practice aligned with our mission and quality standards.

The role requires Illinois RN licensure, current healthcare provider certification, and within 12 months ACLS and PEARS certifications.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Illinois required.
• Maintain current Healthcare Provider certification.
• Maintain current Provider ACLS certification (required within 12 months of hire).
• Maintain Provider for PEARS certification (required within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delegation, supervision, and provision of nursing care for a designated group of patients through utilization of the nursing process.
• Provides age-appropriate care.
• Participates in research when appropriate and incorporates research findings into evidence-based clinical practice.
• Contributes to quality improvement processes.
• Adheres to MH Mission, Vision, and Values, the Nursing Division Mission, Vision, and Philosophy, the ANA Code of Ethics and the Illinois Nursing Act.
