Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing; PA RN license required upon hire.
• 3 years of recent clinical practice with leadership/teaching abilities.
• Knowledge reflecting current nursing practice and ability to apply evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, consultative, technical, and informational services to staff, patients, and families.
• Participate in performance improvement and adoption of evidence-based policies and procedures.
• Mentor nurse residents and facilitate dissemination of EBP projects.
