Beth Israel Lahey Health and New England Baptist Hospital are seeking a Clinical Educator to lead nursing education, orientation, and residency programs, advancing Magnet and PTAP goals and enhancing patient care.
You will design competency-based modules, support staff development, and collaborate with the care team to integrate evidence-based practices; you will chair committees and oversee onboarding and nurse residency transitions.

Responsible for assessing the educational needs and of planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs including orientation for Department of Nursing. The clinical educator also acts as a consultant in the areas of clinical decision-making, quality improvement and professional development. These activities are implemented within the framework of the department of patient care services philosophy, goals and objectives. Responsible for coordinating the activities to attain and maintain ANCC Magnet designation and PTAP (Nurse Residency) designation.
Pay Range: $39.25 - $101.17 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
