Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to leverage clinical nursing expertise in training Registered Nurses and Physicians on patient monitoring devices. You’ll lead peer education, assess client needs, and provide ongoing support and reporting to customers during in-service assignments.

Role includes regional and national travel; travel time is paid. Training is provided and paid. Requires active RN license, ICU/ER experience, and comfort with basic software applications.

Qualifications

• RN Degree: Associates required, Bachelor’s preferred.
• Active and Unrestricted RN license required.
• 3+ years in critical care (ICU/ER) in a hospital in last 5 years.
• Experience with hemodynamics and using pressure lines required.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
• Comfortable with basic software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations.
• Assess customer education needs and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive educational experience.
• Use clinical nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device.
• Provide updates, reports, and feedback to client during and after in-service assignments.
