Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, plan, present, and evaluate educational activities.
• Collaborates with management, staff and advanced practice registered nurses to achieve goals related to learning and competence.
• Promotes Norton Healthcare nursing professional practice model utilizing Dr. Kristen Swanson's Theory of Caring, focusing on responsibilities, relationships and communication.
• Demonstrates knowledge, skills and behaviors for the neonate/infant, adolescent, adult and geriatric clients as appropriate based on specific criteria and/or age-specific considerations.
