Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN or RN license (REQUIRED).
• CPR Instructor certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous leadership or training experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and support staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

What You’ll Do
