Job summary

Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for Progressive Care to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit functions in partnership with the management team.

The CNC will supervise staff, support admission/discharge, coach and train team members, and help optimize outcomes. RN licensure and ACLS/BLS within 30 days of start are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• ACLS and BLS within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies.
