Job summary

Medical City Lewisville is hiring a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Progressive Care Unit to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions.

You will partner with management to monitor nursing care, serve as a resource for staff, and support an exceptional patient experience while working nights. Requires active RN license and ADN; BSN preferred, with 2+ years PCU experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure required for practice in Texas.
• ADN required, BSN preferred; PCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver patient-centered care with multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership input.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and staff development.
• Assist with staff scheduling and unit operations.
