Job summary

DayToDay Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Lung Rescue ICU to lead frontline in a high‑acuity pulmonary unit, coordinating care across ECMO and mechanical ventilation teams. The role partners with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the broader ICU staff to drive evidence‑based practice.

Support bedside staff, manage patient flow, ensure adherence to evidence‑based protocols, and collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
Additional duties: Precept new staff, lead quality improvement initiatives, facilitate staff education, and foster a culture of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.
