• Creates learning experiences in nursing lab.
• Assists students through teaching, tutoring, and advising.
• Participates in curriculum development and self-learning, and serves as a role model.
• Communicates with the theory instructor for student issues.
• Establishes strong relationships on clinical units.
• Requires Epic access.
• Other duties as consistent with this role.
