Role Overview

Provides direct patient care activities within established nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Ensures patient safety and participates in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
