Live Well Homecare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within nursing standards. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while educating patients and families on illness management, medications, and post-treatment needs.

You will collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans, promote safety, quality, and compliance, and engage in ongoing professional development in a safety-sensitive environment.

Formación

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: RN license required.
• Experience: No previous experience needed; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
• Additional Skills: Compassion, critical thinking, teamwork, strong communication.

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, developing and adjusting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in professional development. Maintains alertness and safety awareness as part of a safety-sensitive position.
